Visiting the Orchard

Are you open if it rains?

Yes, we may need to close a few things for safety when it rains, but when the rain passes, we will reopen them. We would only close if it is a safety issue for customers and staff. Always dress for the weather!

If Wiard’s closes the Country Fair due to inclement weather prior to your ticket time you may use your ticket on a different day during this season.

If you have been in the fair less than 2 hours (per the time your ticket was scanned in) AND inclement weather forces us to close the fair you will receive a return pass that you may use any day this season.

Can I bring my pet?

Sorry, we do not allow pets on Wiard’s property, whether on a leash or in your arms. Exceptions will only be made for registered service animals, which must be properly identified as such.

Can I just go and pick apples?

Our apple orchards are inside the Country Fair area, apple picking is offered only to the Country Fair guests. You may purchase pre-bagged apples in the store for the exact same price as in U Pick. Except for Honey Crisp apples, the apples in the store are only offered in 5lb. bags.

Can I just go to the pumpkin patch?

Our Pumpkin Patch is part of the Country Fair experience, so entry requires a Country Fair ticket.

Not attending the fair? No problem! You can still find a wide selection fo pumpkins for sale in the front of the Country Store.

Can I smoke on the Farm?

We are a non-smoking property. If you would like to smoke, we ask that you do so in a designated area away from our guests or in the parking lot.

How long can we stay at the Country Fair?

Country Fair Hours

Wed-Fri 11am - 6pm

Sat-Sun 11am - 6pm

We invite guests to stay and enjoy the fun until we close!

Orchard Food & Drinks

Are there peanuts in your donuts?

Our donuts do not contain any nuts. However, there is a risk of cross contamination as we make other products with tree nuts and peanuts in the same facility.

Can I bring in outside food?

No. We have a food vendor on site for weekend Country Fair. Some exceptions are made for groups renting space for their event. If you have a birthday party booked or special event, please visit that section of our website or call the office for further information.

Do we fry our donuts in beef tallow?

No, our donuts are not fried in beef tallow. We use a partially hydrogenated soybean based frying oil.

Do you have an alcohol policy?

No alcohol is to be consumed on the premises, unless you have rented a specific covered venue for a private group party. For private parties, the alcohol must stay inside the rented venue.

Do you offer gluten free donuts?

No, sorry we do not.

Do you offer large donut or caramel apple orders?

Yes, bulk orders can be place through the office at 734-482-7744. All bulk orders must be placed a week before the pick-up date.

What common allergens are in your donuts?

Wheat, soy, eggs, milk, tree nut and peanut.

What products do you sell that are gluten free?

Several of our jarred items, cider, cider slushies, and caramel apples are gluten free. My Dad's Gluten Free cookies are also available.

Tickets & Passes

Can I get a refund if I am not able to use my ticket?

All ticket sales are final. You may use it for another day this season. Or give it to a family member or friend.

Do you offer discounts for large groups?

Yes, we offer discounts based on group size. See our group "Country Fair Group Tickets" section for more details. Please call our office for details for groups of 30 or more, 734-482-7744.

Is there an admission fee to visit Wiard’s?

There is no admission fee for parking or visiting our Country Store.

An admission fee is required to enter the Country Fair area, and tickets must be purchased online through the third-party online ticketing system.

What forms of payment do you accept onsite?

💳 We accept all major forms of payment in our store — cash, credit, debit, tap-to-pay, and Apple Pay!

Who needs a ticket to enter the Country Fair?

Anyone 2 years of age and older needs a ticket to enter the Country Fair.
